Congratulations to the second cohort who successfully completed our Leadership Development Programme last week.
Over the past 12 months, they’ve invested time in self-reflection – holding up the mirror to explore the kind of leader they are and aspire to be.
Using Insights as a foundation, they’ve deepened their understanding of themselves and others whilst also tackling the challenges of change, the theory behind it and how to manage it effectively.
One part of the programme saw colleagues working in small groups to develop an initiative to make us better tomorrow than we are today. They presented those ideas to members of the Board and some of those ideas are now being worked up and being incorporated into our ways of working.
